However, in fairness, we are not reaching out to you only but several other suppliers as well, so please seize the opportunity and show your capabilities for our particular product requirement. We look forward to your highest quality, best service and good price for all the products we are going to purchase from you.

If you are a good supplier, I will deliver the accurate information to the buyer for his reference, sometimes I will even encourage you to provide possible further information that you have not fully offered, hopefully you will be exactly the right supplier we look for. If you are a Chinese manufacturer that does domestic business only and has no English-speaking personnel in the team, do not worry, we are going to interpret your true capabilities in English to the buyer and hopefully work as an import conduit for the buyer, so you also have the chance to deal with the foreign buyer directly.

But if you are a bad supplier and lie about your true capabilities, sorry, we also have to deliver the message unchanged to our client. Or if you offer to give me a certain rate of commission and want me to let the buyer narrow down the suppliers to you only, I will decline your offer in no time and request you to just explain what you are truly capable of, what price you can offer and what service you can provide to our client.

So long as our client requests a meeting with you, we are going to visit your office or factory. If we happen to fit the expectations of each other, let us continue our communication and gradually we can do business together. After that, I will stay in touch with you as the Chinese representative of your foreign client. Should any quality issues or any unexpected situations occur in the deal, we will contact you immediately to do the needful, because we are obligated to meet our client’s requirement in the long term.
